Trained 100 members of the Malawian Defence Force, who in turn trained and delivered British Army doctrine to a large organisation size (1000) of troops deploying on operations to the Democratic Republic of Congo. This was in support of the United Nations Organisation Stabilisation Mission in the DRC. Risk assessments and exercise safety plans were produced to ensure challenging but safe training. Managed Mobile Testing Units in London during Op RESCRIPT, the initial COVID response to the pandemic in 2020.Developed key stakeholder relationships in the US, cementing bilateral defence relations in Fort Hood whilst also arranging interviews with Oklahoma news station, Fox news and COCO news. Through contacts I developed we also had a working breakfast with the Governor of Oklahoma.Turned around a failing process of getting soldiers to pass an arduous course (Pegasus Company). Lead the project to train and prepare them for it, with the previous pass rate being 22.5%. After 3 months of training delivery, 13 of the 15 I selected passed, increasing the overall success rate to 87%. My task was to ensure at least 9 passed to ensure the continuation of a team that was undermanned. This was the best performance from the 7 units we represented in 6 years.Delivered a concise verbal and written brief to a 2 star General recommending a sustainable training model for 7 units (collectively equating to 4000 men and women).𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀: Strategic Planning · Operations Management · Project Management · Problem Solving · Communication · Resilience · Project Scheduling · Interpersonal Skills Show less
