I was a summer intern where I did work for Magenium Solutions such as updating their Microsoft Dynamics site, working on a project management book, and familiarized myself with SharePoint and Lync. Working as a contractor at Urban Partnership Bank, I was a part of the IT help desk and involved in a workstation refresh project where I imaged multiple desktops and deployed them at several of the bank's branches in the Chicago-land area.
