We always offered a unique blend of services and sought to provide the best possible ROI for an individual client while avoiding reductive, one-size-fits-all solutions. We had a strong focus on content-driven marketing campaigns, but I also handled: - Bespoke SEO campaigns - PPC campaigns - Google Shopping campaigns - Social media campaigns - CRO services - Technical SEO audits. For clients in a range of industries. Show less

The key challenge that I faced in this role was finding creative ways to improve digital exposure for the websites that our clients relied on for revenue, and the main ways that I have achieved this included: - Curating genuinely share-worthy content - Publishing noteworthy (and timely) white papers, infographics and press releases - Utilising innovative content marketing strategies - Blending traditional SEO and PPC techniques to deliver enhanced ROI - Identifying (and establishing relationships with) key influencers in each relevant web vertical During my first stint at Pinpoint Designs, I also took on responsibility for a number of medium to high budget PPC campaigns. My day-to-day duties included planning and producing product landing pages, blog posts and articles on range of technical topics. I was also responsible for authoring press releases and networking with journalists and bloggers to secure guest posting opportunities on a variety of high-profile digital outlets. During the last 6 months of my tenure at Water for Health, I also took on responsibility for managing the companies PPC marketing campaigns, and also began managing the company’s social media feeds, as well as producing a comprehensive email marketing campaign designed to re-engage potential leads, and drive conversion-ready traffic to our main site. Working for Water for Health provided me with invaluable insight into the digital marketing industry, and also helped me to familiarise myself with a broad range of web-marketing tools, including Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Moz and Wordtracker. I learnt how to effectively increase online exposure and engagement by co-ordinating the creation of compelling messages across numerous different marketing platforms, and also refined my ability to write well-targeted and compelling content for a wide variety of briefs. London At the Telegraph I worked on the obituaries desk, researching and writing articles for publication. I learnt to use on-line publishing software such as escenic, content management software and image manipulation software. I also learnt to work to tight deadlines, and gained insight into the realities of working in a highly pressurized office environment. I had a total of five pieces published while working at the Telegraph, and I continue to work with them on a freelance basis today.
