I had the honor of working closely with Alex at Tesla for almost 2 years. Right when I started, his sheer intelligence and resourcefulness was immediately apparent. He took myself and many others under his wing and demonstrated great leadership qualities, especially coupled with patience, empathy, and precision. I've also seen his ability to adapt and succeed in multiple capacities, as he is able to 'plug in', learn and retain knowledge, and 'hit the ground running' no matter what you throw at him. Last, his general wisdom, perspective, and feedback are elements that should be revered in any capacity. A great friend, co-worker, and leader, Alex has my full recommendation!
