Alex Baruschke hat in unserem Unternehmen nach der Fusion mehrerer Firmen ein Post Merger Change Projekt begleitet. Mich hat beeindruckt, wie schnell er ein tiefes Verständnis für die sehr speziellen Themen unserer Branche und unseres Unternehmens bekommen hat. Alex hat es verstanden, durch eine gute Mischung aus Pragmatismus und klaren Worten verständlich zu machen, wie wir als neu zusammengestelltes Team aus erfahrenen Führungskräften mit unterschiedlicher Herkunft erfolgreich von der alten in die neue Welt kommen. Er konnte auch unbequeme Themen so vermitteln, dass sie nicht negativ, sondern vielmehr als Anreiz zur Gestaltung der Zukunft verstanden wurden. Nach nur wenigen Terminen hätte man meinen können, Alex sei ein fester Teil unserer Führungsmannschaft. Darüber hinaus hat Alex mit jeder Führungskraft individuell gearbeitet und auch hier in kürzester Zeit ein tiefes Vertrauensverhältnis geschaffen. Dies hat einen wichtigen Beitrag geleistet, die nach einer Fusion fast unvermeidlichen menschlichen Differenzen schnell zu verstehen und Ansätze zu deren Lösung zu entwickeln. Auch ich persönlich habe die Zusammenarbeit mit Alex als sehr hilfreich und motivierend empfunden und würde ihn jederzeit wieder engagieren, wenn es um die Gestaltung einer Change-Situation oder um Strategiefindung geht.
