Directly supporting Shuo Wang, our Co-founder and CRO as her Chief of Staff, and ultimately tasked with supporting Deel's Hyper Growth Revenue organisation, growing the Operations, Enablement and Business Development teams, and delivering on our ambitious growth targets. Key Organisation Successes: - People: Built out total organisation of 65 people working remotely across the world, starting from a baseline of 5 rev ops experts. Team included 25 Rev Ops, 8 Revenue Enablement and 32 Business Development Associates. - Revenue: Smashed our 2022 Revenue Targets for the year, hitting $295m ARR in December 2022 (up from $57m ARR), whilst continuing to build out our Revenue Pipeline for 2023 and beyond. - Process & Systems: Delivered continuous improvement to Deel's extensive Revenue Tech Stack, with baseline CRM of Hubspot / Salesforce / Vitally, and supported with major players like Gong, Cognism, Amplemarket, and Chili Piper. - Pipeline: Delivered significant process, automation and both strategic and tactical improvements to the Four Horsemen of Pipeline sourcing: Marketing, Partnerships, Outbound Sales, and Upsell/Cross-sell in partnership with Customer Success - Sales Operations / Refinement: Established Deal Desk, Compensation and Incentives improvements, Pricing Execution, and Strategy and Planning guidance to the 650+ Sales organisation and Revenue Leadership group. - Strategy & Planning: Built out Revenue Analytics team to focus on Insights and action-oriented KPIs. - Training & Enablement: Rolled out new Onboarding Training programs for SDRs, championed the "Train the Trainer" methodology and async enablement platform usage for true scalability, and ensured extensive Product Enablement supporting the constant product improvements delivered. - Business Development: Hired in only 2 months 32 Business Development Associates (+ further 21 joining shortly) to continually expand our support of the Sales Organisation and reach out to new customers.
