Alex is an up and coming leader with a very bright career ahead of him. He was the youngest intern that I've ever hired but he was very mature in his approach and skill level. He took the time to understand our challenges, validated them with his stakeholders, drafted a proposed solution, got buy-in and then delivered. Alex is very personable and got along well with his teammates. He was a self starter who did not require a lot of direction and his results were more than expected for his stay. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Alex in a much larger capacity and recommend him without reservation to other employers.
