As a direct report to Alexandar, I have had the chance to observe his unique leadership style, which is like no other. I have been reporting to Alexandar for the past 14 months at NZ Post t/a Contract Logistics, and during this time under Alexandar’s mentorship, I have learnt and acquired new skills, several of which I thought would not be attainable. Alexandar has shown to be an outstanding leader and manager, always ready and prepared to help myself and the teams understand the issues and challenges within the business and operations, and how to resolve them to achieve and maintain Customer satisfaction. His practical and no-nonsense approach to managing Large Scale Operations, along with guiding Customer Services Team has proven to be an asset to the business. I’m looking forward to working again with Alexandar in the future, which I believe will have a significant impact towards my further development as a leader.

The real strength of the business is in people and Alexandar has been working closely with the teams through change management and transformation.
