Alexa was an integral member of my team and provided invaluable support by doing her job professionally and maturely while maintaining a positive attitude about the many challenges we faced. While we were in the development phase, Alexa was involved in doing extensive research about many facets of our business including human resources, operations and marketing. She is capable of taking a concept or idea from fruition to implementation. Once The Inn at Hastings Park opened, Alexa learned quickly about the day-to-day operations of the property and became a valued member of the leadership team. She used her unrestricted access to all aspects of our operations to deliver a performance that far exceeded my expectations. Alexa is so capable that upon her departure, her job had to be divided between multiple employees. Given the opportunity, I would welcome Alexa back to my team anytime.

Alexa far surpassed my expectations in terms of how quickly she learned about the hospitality industry. I was impressed by her breadth of skills, her ability to formulate creative solutions given our limited resources as a start-up enterprise, and her enthusiasm and zest to do what it takes to help The Inn at Hastings Park succeed. As Alexa took on the marketing role for the property, I appreciated Alexa's articulate nature, compelling narrative, and friendly demeanor. Interest in our property grew as Alexa developed her own relationships and became the key liaison to important trade and media organizations promoting tourism in the area. Alexa’s ability to be an ambassador for The Inn and to represent our brand well was a tremendous asset to the Inn.
