  As Vice-President, my primary responsibility is to work closely with the President in developing and implementing strategies for the organization's growth. By doing so, my aim is to ensure that our student organization operates at the highest level of efficiency in terms of management, organization, and overall functioning.

  As a junior in the HR department, together with my colleagues, we initiated activities both within our own department and across other departments. Our aim was to bring together all the members of our organization in a way that made them feel safe and supported by their colleagues. Additionally, we played a key role in organizing a team-building event for approximately 60 people. During this event, we ensured that everyone was included and engaged in team-work activities. Furthermore, we conducted training sessions on various topics including human resources and what is our role in a student organization, people skills, feedback, and the recruitment process.
