I have worked with Alexa for over 10 years. The hotel she managed, was our ‘home base. Alexa, along with her DOS, Nicole accommodated all of our needs in making our senior motor coach groups very welcome. Alexa ran a tight ship and it was obvious that customer service directives came from the top, her staff were capable, reactive and responsive. In fact whenever I arrived for my group check in, the staff had made sure I had a table, chair and that all of my groups rooms keys were ready and in alphabetical order. On the odd occasion when it was necessary to make ‘on the spot‘ changes, her staff demonstrated excellent training abilities with rooms switched out with no visible stress. It is our sincere hope that we will be able to work with Alexa again, wherever she ends up
