Print & Copy online required a re-design to make it simpler to understand, easier to use, with clearer options for customising your print order. Using Agile Methodogies, we designed the site architecture, productised this complex service and created content for users to have a seamless online experience. This now entitles each user to choosing and customising their print order and receiving a prompt guaranteed delivery. Working with an online producer and a UX product designer, we completed the Print & Copy online project in record time: 4 months – 14 months ahead of proposed time-frame. Metric results: 900% increase in sales from launch NOV 2012 - ongoing. Print & Copy are now regular contributors to the Office Space, Officeworks new blog. Big ideas at the lowest prices!
