  I worked at the mechanical shop building leading approximately 36 Mechanical / Electrical craft workers combined across three shifts. I utilized several different software programs daily such as METTS, EARL, LISS, MAMS, and E-Services to assist me with operational planning solutions. Also, I gathered data from the Daily Dashboard and other BNSF links to create and email the daily shop summary report. In addition to working on the mechanical shop side I worked the DSF side where I led approximately 18 Mechanical / Electrical / Labor craft workers combined across three shifts. The main software applications used at DSF consisted of MAMS, LISS and Wi-tronix. I researched and prepared data for both the morning division and MLU calls. Once a set of fresh power arrived within the DSF limits, I arrived them systemically, constructed them on the electronic map as well as hung them on the next available train(s) to build in LISS.   While completing a brief tenure with the company I was placed in charge of performing quarterly cycle count procedures on locations with a variance over 1%. I generated reports that listed same sku locations and systemically created new bin slots for a team of 11 employees to re slot product in order to open at least 20 new bin locations per shift. I volunteered working overtime, doing 10 hours per week for 3 months, to help stay ahead of about 1,000 new sku items that arrived daily.
