Oversaw the process from sourcing, research, range planning, design, fitting, last and sole mould development, launch and marketing. Worked with various constructions, including: strobel, cemented, Goodyear welted, stitchdown and vulcanised. Daily communication and regular visits to factories in Eastern and Western Europe as well as the Far East and India.
