Develop appropriate KPI’s, player development profiles and reportingmechanisms back to the Academy Director and Director of Youth Rugby on the progress of the community and schools programme alongside the Community Academy.Administer the Academy budget effectively and ensure financial processes are adhered to.Take a leading role in coordinating Academy competitions and festivals, community, family and senior player youth mentoring initiatives.Undertake all administrative tasks as required to ensure documentation of practice, policy and process in relation to the Academy internally and externally as required by the Academy Directors and Scottish Rugby.
