  Field Electronics Technician - Responsible for installation, support and maintenance of lighting systems for broadcast and theater. Focus was primarily with low voltage wiring and programming of systems for long term use by customer (TV Studios, Churches, Schools, etc). Certified with Electronic Theater Controls (aka ETC) and Strand Lighting Worked with Mole Richardson, Lutron, Kliegl, and every other lighting dimming manufacturer that ever existed or still existed. Performed numerous bench repair tasks such as upgrade, repair and maintenace on lighting conoles, HMI portable lighting, follow spot service, mole-richardson fixture refurbishing, cam-lock cable creation, circuit level repair, light bulb fixture repair, custom cables, wiring harnesses, power supplies, data cables. Used electronic test equipment including Fluke Digital Multimeters, Fluke Oscilloscope, Soldering, Desoldering, Circuit Board Repair, etc. Developed first Network LAN in the Alexandria, VA office, and brought them DSL using SDSL over Frame-Relay and programming Cisco Router and FireWall, in addition to my normal Techician duties.
