  Role responsibilities;Reporting to COO (Chief Operating Officer ) & CEO (Chief Executive Officer), responsible for operation of a distribution centre (DC), including the overall guidance and direction of key support functions in the areas of Admin & HR, Warehouse, Logistics, Purchasing & Information Technology.Job Responsibilities;• Overseeing day to day operations at HQ from every aspect related to system application, administration and personnel.• Collect, review and analyse information regarding strategies, plans, policies and procedures based on operational analysis to maximize current operations or to plan for operational changes.• Ensures the smooth running of daily operations as well as functions between departments and for resolving interdepartmental conflicts.• Conduct annual Staff Appraisal for HOD (IT, HR & Admin, Warehouse, Logistic & Purchasing) • Develop & implement new systems (POS system & Inventory management systems), best practices to drive business growth. • Developing supply chain strategies and to work closely with IT, Logistics, Warehouse & Procurement departments.• Attend Bi-weekly & monthly meeting within head of department & all branches leaders for coordination between the internal & external issues.• Directing and motivating all staffs to achieve company policies and objectives. • Coordinates and work with other departments to resolve all issues relevant to Customers, suppliers, product quality or services supplied.• Develops and monitors the implementation of cost reductions initiatives relative to suppliers.• Hiring, training and motivation of staff to support the needs of the department.• Creates & improves current department Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) with the goal of streamlining and standardize the main process workflow to ensure scalable solution.• Ad-hoc task that assign by COO or CEO.

  Job Responsibilities ;●To negotiate with supplier to provide best price, prompt delivery and favourable terms and conditions to the company.● Supervising & keep track all the PR/PO . Ensure on the PR and PO processed on time （Non-Metal）.●Monitor & keep track on the market commodity prices (LME trend) to ensure purchase price are within the market (aluminum scrap materials).●Assist in sourcing, negotiating, analyzing offers receive in line with the Category strategic planning requirement of the grain specification parameters, the types of quality, Supplier capability, cost comparison and the reliabilities of suppliers.●To monitor and coordinate Non-Metal procurement activities including supplier selection and evaluation, performance monitoring and review.●Liaise with government departments ,forwarder on clearance and apply tax exemption (MIDA & LMW with Customs dept.) of imported raw material, machines and spare parts.● To negotiate contracts and obtain approval of contracts according to the approval process defined in the procurement procedures and policies.●Prepare annual Supplier/Contractors Performance and support the team to maintain supplier consistent on time delivery and implement processes with suppliers to ensure on time delivery and quality of product / service.●Handle subordinates performance appraisal.●Lead, supervise and motivate subordinates to achieve company’s and / or departmental goals & objectives.●Generate & prepare department reports as requested by management from time to time.●Coach and develop subordinates eg. Buyer & Sr. Buyer (for Non-Metal）●Conduct IQA audit （Internal Quality Audit ISO 9001:2008）to assigned department by QMR.
