Worked alongside Talent Acquisition in small and large teams to propose and create an optimum Graduate and Intern onboarding and induction process (from offer to first 2 weeks) on Enboarder (a new visual automation software). This was presented to the HR Leadership Team, with recommendations on social media utilisation and how to embed this, which was approved and incorporated into the company’s induction process. Systematically researched and networked with HR teams outside of Dunnhumby to provide recommendations on how the company should rebrand its website. Worked with fast-paced teams in HR Operations and held individual meetings with all HR department leaders to review, simplify and curate global HR policies. Working to tight deadlines, supported the creation of a central knowledge hub for employees - used excel to organise and manage the company’s HR policy content and support it’s migration onto a new software ServiceNow platform.
