The orchestration course in Guildhall is relatively young and is open to masters and undergraduate students. For the first time since its genesis, two masters students who selected the course as Guildhall undergraduates have opted to take it again. Alongside Matthew King, the professor who runs the main orchestration course, I was tasked to devise four lectures and assignments which extend the orchestration course for the students who have opted to retake it. I will be giving these students one to one feedback sessions and marking their submissions.

I teach three students violin and piano, two students violin only and one student composition on a weekly basis. One student started studying violin and piano with me from the age of four and has recently auditioned for and earned a choral scholarship at Westminster. From September 2016 - 2017 I taught composition to a student who had received offers from Durham and Birmingham University to read music and also Birmingham Conservatoire to study composition. She completed pieces for chamber orchestra, a song and solo cello whilst studying with me.
