I work closely with in-house and outside consultants building the data-models required to more effectively execute business plans. Data Conversion Data Conversion requires a special skill-set, the ability to talk both technically and non-technically with the various subject matter experts, whether they be functional end-users or database administrators, depending on which need arises. Being able to communicate effectively with both types is my greatest asset. Anybody can write a conversion once its designed, the programming is easy.
