Alex was my direct supervisor and I had the absolute pleasure of working alongside him for 3 years. His managerial abilities and sharp problem solving skills were outstanding. I was always impressed with the way he integrated processes into Salesforce in order to find solutions that would be beneficial to recruitment and admissions. Additionally, he is prepared at all times to adjust to different situations and come up with different ways to improve our daily admissions processes. Alex’s leadership has helped our team members including myself, improve their Salesforce skills dramatically. It has been great working with Alex and I hope we can work together again in the future.

It was a pleasure working alongside Alex! Most notably, he was a poised, strategic and empowering leader in Admissions. There was a job description, but Alex redefined the Director of Admissions role through his integration of Salesforce with our recruitment workflows and specialized reports that were routinely analyzed to make better enrollment decisions. Also, I truly valued his on-the-job training skills as direct reports were able to learn tailored to their needs, effectively apply the necessary skills and understand the "why" behind their actions. Without any reservations, Alex's superior tech integration and Salesforce skills, along with his above-board managerial ability, makes him a compelling and immediate contributor as a professional.
