  I was a Project Manager for 2020 exhibits and it was amazing. I was in charge of the building of trade show exhibits. I made sure all projects were completed in a timely fashion, and were up to the company's and clients standards. I communicated with my Sales Executive and Account Manager to ensure all information was correct before the project was shipped to its setup destination. I also made sure that all projects were setup, pictures taken for reference, dismantled, and packed completely to be shipped to their final destination. I also checked our employees time on the jobs to make sure that the projects were done in a timely fashion and still profitable. I uploaded all photos and information to our systems for all to have access to and reference in case of emergencies. This company has a great owner who is very involved and knows exactly what he wants. This is one of the benefits, as there is always open communication and if you have any questions he can help.

  HEB is a great company with a great culture! I started off as a bagger and worked myself up to cash control and management. I lead many great ASM teams to success and helped many of them become stronger leaders and department managers. I also lead many cashiers and partners to become strong ASM's and lead their own teams. I had great success, at all stores that I went to the morale rose immensely and the numbers rose as well. One of my greatest successes was leading our service department for the Souper Bowl of caring and raising over $42,000 in a 4 week period. Then our GREAT President of the Houston division came and served everyone in our store pizza for a job well done. What a great leader!! In cash control I made sure the stores income balances matched and we had no discrepancies. I trained many people to be in the office and became great at fixing mistakes and finding any issues and finding the correct solution for them. I gained much experience and became a strong and compassionate leader.
