  I currently manage all operational aspects of RWTS from our Brisbane HQ, overseeing projects in remote regions across Australia and the Pacific on RWTS sites. This includes process design and construction of an array of water and waste water biological treatment plants, specifically designed for site application. Key accounts managed:- SCF Group - Energy Drilling Australia - ESS- Delta FM- Gold ridge mining limited - PR Power - Fluor Australia - Santos Limited - MAS Project - MAS Accommodation A highlight of my career was RWTS being successfully awarded the Fluor / Santos contract for the management and implementation of a service based model, maintaining a total of 15 camps across the GLNG project. Duties included:- Preventative maintenance of the site STP and WTP, bore sites, land application area, potable water sampling and testing. - Implementing systems of communication between Clint and RWTS, for complete compliance in relation to DEHP requirement. - Acting as client representative for DEHP audits on-site for Santos. I have undertaken the project management of camp construction. This involved the development and engineering of environmental solutions to obtaining building permits and approvals. I managed the logistics of the project and coordinated treatment plants and machinery engagement as well as RWTS building services, electricians and plumbers for camp works.Other responsibilities include:- Environmental consultancy- Management of water networks and infrastructure in relation to the water source and surrounding environment- Deriving water management based plans- Communication with governing environmental bodies. A high level of workmanship and the ability to engage and mobilise teams within days has allowed me and RWTS to explore our potential in the mining and resource sector.
