I called Alex because I was looking to move our office to a new space and I explained my goal was to merge w/ another colleague in order to grow my business and increase the # of associates working for me. I provided him w/ a map of the space and he went to work. The results: Spatially I was able to increase the number of projected hires by 55% given only a 25% increase in square footage to a current lease agreement. I was also able to accommodate a central reception area that provided services for two principals while attending needs of staff and clients, the plan also provided ample storage and flexible meeting areas to accommodate the extra staff members. He also provided ideas where we could incorporate systems furniture into our space and this really helped in getting quotes from furniture manufacturers. Overall we were very happy w/ the results from the space planning project and we were able to meet our objectives and create a beautiful space to work in. I actually hired Alex again for the planning of a new kitchen layout for an executive apartment for one of our clients condo investment and would definitely feel comfortable recommending him to anyone looking for space planning or project management.

I have been referring Alex for years to my customers, his design skills and distribution of spaces is always right on. He repeatedly has been able to make difficult spaces work and function with a great outcome.
