Worked through an 8 week course to become the best SDR I could be. Completed: Cold calling - role play + Feedback from top sales leaders. Cold emailing - I have received feedback on my cold emails and improved them greatly, including structure and optimum amount of words for open rate and reply rate. Sales loft - This is a sales engagement platform that seems to be a game changer for SDRs in the SAAS space, certainly looking forward to using that or something similar in a future role. Personal branding - learnt a lot and trying to put this information into practise! Interview techniques - completed a mock interview + cohorts on what to ask and how to present yourself in the best way. Lead Generation - How to utilise SalesNavigator in order to create lists to target relevant accounts. Discovery calls - diving into what questions to ask and how to quantify a prospect in or out. Tech stack - what to look for in a tech stack, how they benefit my performance in role, a strong tech stack is very significant!! Sales Psychology - the growth mindset and how to adapt to all objections thrown at you in role. Keeping a level head and maintaining your resilience is crucial! Video prospecting - best practises of when to use video outreach when prospecting. SDR Metrics - we went through a lot of spreadsheets! Looking at what numbers can be expected in role and how to analyse your data to discover what needs improving and what is going wrong when prospecting. Sequences - multi channel selling. Show less
