As a follow-up to the seminar at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna, we continue to explore the residents of our cities and their rights. By jointly drafting a manifesto, we summarise our findings and reframe the perception, design, and code of urban co-existence. Who are the residents of our cities and what rights do they have? By escaping an anthropocentric mindset, we will explore and imagine a world that goes beyond human stakeholders. We will trace and analyse humans, the human-built environment, as well as non-human Nature within an urban context. What interactions exist and how, if at all, can possible conflicts be solved? The goal is to describe, design, and develop a common ground for novel concepts of urban co-existence. Who are the residents of our cities and what rights do they have? In a time of uncertainty, where the contrast between the natural and built environment as well as between naturality and artificiality, in general, has become increasingly blurry, I aim at creating a non-anthropocentric taxonomy of an anthropogenic world. This includes the recognition of overlapping needs and interests of human and non-human stakeholders; all of whom add to a revised concept of multi-natural co-existence. Tutoring the course 'Law, Justice, and Morality II', which is part of the UvA Bachelor's program PPLE (Politics, Psychology, Law, Economics). The course addressed the connection between law, justice, and morality by focusing on the notion of responsibility and its legal counterpart, liability. Students had to explore both legal and non-legal frameworks using the following themes: the relationships between individual and collective responsibility, fault- and outcome-based responsibility, responsibility attached to roles, and the question of how determinism affects responsibility. This interdisciplinary course included theories and insights from philosophy, the behavioral and social sciences, as well as neuroscientific inquiries. Show less

Working as a Free Walking Tour Guide helped me to reflect on and adjust my social, marketing and leadership skills. Since the job's wage relies on the amount of money guests deem appropriate giving me following a 2,5-hour tour, I unavoidably crafted my presentation ability. Among others, I helped with event planning, streamlined inter-organizational workflows, and moderated a movie night. Worked in the Hamburg office of the Heinrich Böll Foundation.
