Over the past year and a half that I've known Alex, the first quality that comes to mind is her work ethic. She is usually the first one to arrive at work in the morning and always is working overtime. Alex goes above an beyond what has asked of her with out thinking twice. As a teammate, I knew I could depend on her to do her part of a project. I don't have to ask her three times to get something done, and she provides a great compliment when you are trying to juggle multiple tasks (which often happens at a small company). Lastly, she is a joy to work with. Alex has a way of making people she works with smile though her bubbly personality. Her intangibles as a teammate might be hard to measure, but they are not hard to miss.
