I sat in the Operational Improvement team of the Business Consulting practice of Atkins Aerospace, Defence, Security and Technology (ADST) division. I worked primarily within the UK public sector across Security, Central Government, Transport and Health projects. I spent two years working on high-profile cyber resilience projects for government and critical national infrastructure clients. I have spent time looking at the business and system processes that enable passengers to move through Heathrow Airport safely and efficiently been heavily involved in implementing a cyber resilience strategy for Heathrow, leading teams to author technology strategies, build investment cases, and deliver projects in the organisation's Cyber Change Programme. Prior to this, I spent a year consulting for a confidential client, in a large-scale change program focused on the management of information risk. I have designed operating models for new business units; engineered business processes; analysed large datasets in support of complex, targeted, hardware rollouts; built tools for the collection and presentation of MI; and worked to define and deliver innovative, yet abstract, risk management concepts into BAU. Other previous roles have included project managing the development of an economic model of health services in Liverpool for the local Clinical Commissioning Group and designing and implementing project controls and operations procedures for the government funded Transport Systems Catapult. I have also worked on economic models for the TfL Cycle Hire Scheme and a Treasury Green Book Economic case for a Cabinet Office Data Migration project. Show less
