I worked primarily with SonicWall's and managed Cisco switches. I was initially hired as a Help Desk Technician but management saw I had the ability to manage devices through the CLI. Within the first week I was tasked with a project working with one of the companies biggest clients; standardizing all of their firewall rules. I constructed an audit for a client that had 1000+ Sonicwalls. We had to gather the location, IP, firmware, Serial, License expiration, and what zones were open to WAN. I pulled the IPs from our VPN gateway and then created a script in BASH. It utilized Expect and SSH to pull all of said information and make it human readable.
