I work on developing and applying high-throughput and optimization methods to reliably solve macromolecular protein structures. I am currently studying the biologically available conformations of the COPII vesicle through molecular dynamics and normal modes simulations as a generic case for an optimization procedure. I am developing high throughput, easily accessible tomography reconstruction interfaces and software. I am also currently collaborating on solving a near-atomic model resolution… Show more I work on developing and applying high-throughput and optimization methods to reliably solve macromolecular protein structures. I regularly interact with raw data from Cryo-electron Microscopy, Cryo-electron Tomography, X-Ray Crystallography, and Hydrogen-Deuterium Exchange Mass Spectrometry.
