I found Alex to be consistently pleasant, tackling all assignments with dedication and a smile. Besides being a joy to work with, Alex is a take-charge person who is able to present creative ideas and communicate the benefits. He has successfully developed several marketing plans for our companies that have resulted in increased revenue. During his time as an Account Manager, we have seen an increase in profits that exceeded prior quarters. The new revenue was a direct result of the plans implemented by Alex. Though he is an asset to our marketing and sales efforts, Alex was also extraordinarily helpful in other areas of the company. In addition to writing effective training modules for sales representatives, Alex assumed a leadership role in sales meetings, inspiring and motivating other employees and management. Alex was an excellent leader and an extremely organized manager. Under Alex’s direction the Key Performance Indicators for the Call Center increased to levels previously unattained and the Call Center reached their goals every quarter. When the Call Center was relocated to Kansas, Alex volunteered to set-up the Call center in KC and spent more than a month in the Midwest overseeing the installation of the Call Center equipment, systems and assisted in hiring the staff and his replacement. I would hire, work with or for Alex again.
