  In this position I largely share the same responsibilities as my time as a full-time journalist: writing news and culture stories, sub-editing others' stories, unearthing and tracking story leads, and performing other editorial tasks including updating the 2021 New Car Calendar.As I transition into university in 2021, I have scaled back my involvement from a full-time member of the news desk, to a part-time position.

  In this role I write news articles for the CarAdvice and Drive.com.au websites on a full-time basis (with over 150 published to date), covering breaking news and culture-oriented weekend stories, as well as obtaining and writing my own exclusive 'scoops'.Other responsibilities in this position include sub-editing other journalists' news stories, and fact-checking/assisting in the creation and publishing of other editorial sections, such as written and video reviews.
