Part of a family owned and operated business, I reported to the CEO and assisted with a broad range of management and operation duties including reviewing and advising on commercial contracts, leases and bidding on major contracts in the Melbourne Coffee Industry.Most recently I advised on and prepared the submissions relating to the purchase of the warehouse premises on behalf of KMCR Coffee as tenant. This included exercising the purchase option within the lease, collating and reviewing the relevant commercial real estate data and drawing detailed submissions to the valuer regarding the fair market price for the warehouse.
