My key responsibility is implementing from A to Z One Night Gallery's concept events and brand activations for our partners. Therefore, as BTL Manager I support the development and execution of events from the planning phase (partnerships, concept brainstorming, production, management of all the involved entities - artists, technical providers, vendors, production PR & social media specialists, photo-video team) to the implementation phase (management of site). Notable One Night Gallery projects: -One Night Gallery Love Rizi 2021 - a new media art exhibition organised in 4 cities: Bucharest, Constanta, Cluj & Iasi. +8000 participants -XR Month BestiAR 2022 - Romania's biggest Mixed Reality festival where 25 mythological beasts come to life in AR as Instagram filters - organised in Timisoara and Bucharest. -One Night Gallery Love Les Ateliers Nomad 2022 - a new media art exhibition organised in Bucharest, Constanta and Oradea showcasing video-mapping shows and interactive installations. + 6500 participants -Radar Metaverse 2022 - Romania's biggest new media art festival held in 3 locations across Bucharest, where more than 50 artists showcased their digital and new media art creations. +10500 participants Notable Brand activations: -Glo Eco Graffiti - 7 environmentally friendly murals created across Bucharest -Full Spectrum Experience - a mixed media exhibition (photography, 3D and metal sculpture, digital art, fashion, illustration, interactive installation) meant to explore the different sides of feminity with a social event and live auction for +400 people. -The Galaxy Epic Ride - Samsung Christmas brand activation consisting of a journey through the universe of presents, simulated the wagon of a supersonic train created in real life. Almost 3 years at Vitrina Advertising. Countless projects I am more than proud of. Clients with whom I've had the chance to work with such as: Banca Transilvania, Iulius Mall, Bosch, Yardi, Thomsons, Roche, Mega Image, Majorel and many others. Among the biggest projects I have worked at as an Event and Brand Activation Specialist, I can name the following:•Banca Transilvania's brand activation at Electric Castle 2019 and Untold Festival 2019•Iulius Town inauguration campaign "Luminam Timisoara Impreuna" - a 3 day festival with more than 100 000 participants and a new Guinness World Record for "Most LED lights lit simultaneously", broken by a number of 7 235 people.
