The concentration of ROS in the body can be a causation for many diseases, but in the lab we focus more so on the Vascular effect of ROS. By using test like Western-Blotting and other testing, we will be searching for different antibodies or inhibitors that have a significant effect on the NOX proteins, thus affecting its product ROS.
