      With regards to the strong growth in size and in funding portfolio expansion/donors’ diversity and the necessity to support finance operations for a limited period of time, the Roving Finance Manager is to serve Country Offices (CO) in an equivalent role of Country Finance Manager or Emergency Finance Manager for major grants for 1 to 3 months for each posting, the time for the country to have on board a substantive Finance staff. S/He will use the regular Finance Manager job description and any specific terms of references (TOR) or scope of work (SOW) developed for the assignment which must include the training of the substantive Finance Manager. While not serving in country in the above roles, the Roving Finance Manager works on regional special projects and other duties as assigned by the line manager.
