  As campus float I am responsible for answering to assistance calls in all communities on campus. When a resident becomes escalated, and apparent danger and risk are involved I will arrive at the scene and attempt to calm down the triggered resident. With the help of other staff these safety issues can last for awhile or they can be over in minutes if handled correctly. I am responsible for helping out in high risk, high stress situations.

I also dealt with the paperwork of international packages, making sure they had the necessary markings for transport. I would also deal with damaged packages, removing the product, and repackaging the good to continue it to the rightful owner, and then completing the paperwork.
