Mr. Jones is a holistic, compassionate and passionate urban youth educator and wonderful role model. Alex knows every student by name and his ability to hold students accountable is a result of the relationships he builds with students and families. He maintains high standards and expectations in an environment where accommodations and alternatives are commonplace and expectations inconsistent.
