Built from scratch a model able to constrast costs and revenues that financial advisors and firms bring in their relationship to Kestra Financial. When we started, this information was hidden in various places, definitely not to be consulted by an executive. An example of what we had is a log of customer calls associated to phone numbers. After two months, we managed to come up with tables that contrasted the cost and revenue for each partner, as well as some visuals. Albeit the limitations of the initial model, this was a great step in the right direction. Additionally, we produced resources that could be used by those who were to work on this project after I left. I am profoundly grateful to everyone in Kestra for such a great experience. Thank you! Some other benefits of this internship: - High quality seminars - A team of great communicators - People are always willing and ready to help - Easy access to high level executives--able to learn a lot with their experience and give suggestions Show less
