Developed a new Leadership and Management week-long intensive course including curriculum flow, exercises, instructor manual and participant materials. Integrated assessment tools on conflict management style, Big Five personality profile, and leadership style. Trained the trainers to roll out the new course design. Updated and provided additional train the trainer services for four more years. Included classroom work and individual coaching for students with multi-disciplinary self-designed majors, to help them position themselves for their next career or academic steps. Credit courses in management, advertising & marketing, 2000 to 2009. Salaried position included course development, office hours/advising, grading, participation in department meetings and events. Implemented an advertising curriculum in which student teams created and promoted original T-shirt designs, including advertising, budgets, product samples, presentations. Coauthored books on marketing and management with faculty members.
