  I am responsible for the creation of original artwork across a large line of sports apparel and application of artwork to sublimated jersey templates. I am involved in the apparel design process from start to finish. This includes providing proofs for each order with specific color/size specifications, making revisions based on customer feedback, re-creating custom vector logos/artwork, and applying these designs to a wide range of print-ready garment templates. My duties also include color-matching and measuring customer-provided jerseys to provide exact copies for team fill-in orders, training new hires to work within our templates and order ticketing system, and creating new stock jersey graphics for Champro's catalog. I work as the head designer for several key accounts within Champro, reviewing all incoming artwork and coordinating with external designers to produce precise custom sports jerseys. I am constantly refining our ordering process within these key accounts and working hard to cut down on printing errors while producing the highest quality sublimated artwork possible. I also work alongside other Champro Production Artists both in the US and overseas in the Dominican Republic and India.
