I had decided I wanted a change of career and I first came in contact with r13 recruitment because I applied for a job which they were advertising. Alex got in touch with me shortly after. Alex gave an initial phone call to get a feel for what it was I was actually after and set up a meeting for me to begin the recruitment process. After we sat down, Alex meticulously went through everything about me and my experience so I could be placed in a position that was perfect for me. Alex had a position available which he thought I was a good fit for, and promptly sent over my details to the company. He kept me updated throughout the whole process. He was always available whenever I had a query about the position I was interviewing for, and even going the extra mile answering calls outside of office hours. After the interviews, Alex quickly contacted me to be sure I knew what was happening so I wasn't left wondering how well it went. Very reassuring. I was offered the job and now a week in, I couldn't imagine a better position for me. I can't recommend Alex enough to anyone who's looking for a job switch!
