Bio
Tony Laurel
I have known Alex for over five years and have seen him help grow our organization from a small, fledgling company to part of something much, much larger. You’ll know when Alex is in the room because he has a unique ability to break down the differing opinions and points of view into actionable items on a roadmap. Think of him as the one you want designing the framework or creating the roadmap for each quarter. He’s the architect of the building blocks necessary for growth. Once you finish that roadmap, you’ll find Alex as the team captain checking in with you personally to make sure your well-being is sound. You feel like you’re a part of a team that’s special when you’re at lunch and he asks you what you’ve done to make yourself whole. He checks in with each person on his team to make sure they’re happy at work, but more importantly happy in their own life. And if either work or life is out of balance, he’s the first one to offer his own personal time to help. Alex was the architect of a solutions team which expanded Adlucent’s service offerings. Moreover, he was also Adlucent’s first account director, managing a team of over 30 team members and driving industry-leading results. He was also instrumental in managing our largest accounts at Adlucent. He approaches problems with humility, asking more questions to understand the complexities of a problem before he provides his own opinion. It’s the thought behind his questions that challenges an organization to do more and to think critically about the next steps.

Alex was my first manager at Adlucent and I am very lucky to have the opportunity to work under his mentorship and guidance. He taught me the value of taking initiative and doing more beyond the status quo in order to really shine. His calm demeanor and quick thinking gives a steady presence even during the most stressful of situations. I would highly recommend Alex to lead any digital marketing team. He was instrumental to my personal growth and I have no doubt that he would make a lasting impact on any team or organization that he is a part of.
