To Whom it May Concern, Alex Hansen worked several years within the Southern Illinois Ticket Office, first as a student worker and then as the Graduate Assistant. During his time in the ticket office he had a wide variety of duties that consisted of all daily deposits, managing of events, training and overseeing student workers, and multiple tasks focusing on customer service. I personally oversaw Alex for nearly two years while I was the Director of Athletic Ticketing at SIU. Alex is an extremely hard working and always willing to learn.
