I started as a Teller II or MSR, which involve basic teller duties in customer service, cash transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and recommendation for services that could potentially help the customer improve their financial goals. As a teller I am responsible in achieving a monthly quota in 100% sales referrals that include checking accounts, credit cards, and any financial service. Since day one I was required to sell Safe products and I have been achieving over 100% in my quota. As a Senior I am also required to refer loan products, like Credit Cards, Auto Loans, Mortgage Loans and more. Within the year of my employment I got promoted as a Senior MSR or “Lead Teller”; as a lead teller I am in charge of overseen other tellers by taking a leadership position and making sure the teller line is running smoothly. As a Senior MSR, I am able to handle more complex transactions, including: Fraud Disputes, Opening and closing sub share accounts, Stop Payments on checks and ACH transactions, and other transactions that involve more skill than the basic teller.. Vacaville, Califoria I started as Teller One, which involves basic teller duties in customer service, cash transactions including deposit and withdrawals, loan payments and financial recommendations for members. Teller II for three years, basic teller duties with more responsibilities and charge an override to be able to approve higher monetary transactions without need of a manager; and at last I have to achieve monthly sales goals.

Vacaville, California Courtesy Clerk (Bagger) at age 16; job duties consisted of a lot of customer service which involved bagging groceries and helping them in their shopping. Two Years later I became a cashier and it gave me four years of cash experience.
