  My current role is managing a team of over 25 staff within the Sale branch of Specsavers. I am responsible for planning, managing and delivering the customer service element of the business. As a team we average over 230 sight tests per week. The ability to be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management is key to the success of my team and is something I take satisfaction in, always having a professional approach. I am responsible for the staff rotas ensuring the high customer service standards are met and maintained, from the strict uniform policy to identifying training needs.
