I first met Alex when he completed AQX leadership training with City of Kitchener in 2011. From the outset, Alex displayed a high level of leadership confidence and competency. He subsequently became a mentor and assessor for the AQX leadership program, as well as AquaBility and AQXonFloats certified. As Aquatics Supervisor with City of Kitchener, I know Alex will make great use of his rich history with Kitchener aquatics programming. Alex is a smart, personable communicator, who will be an outstanding asset to our region, managing programs and staff.
