It is definitely my pleasure to be working under Alex. He is a great boss and he thinks outside of the box. He really knows how to efficiently and effectively plan and carry out that plan. He is truly an amazing asset to the team at Colusa County Office of Education and to the other school districts and organizations that we support. He carries a heavy task on his shoulders and manages it well without getting distracted or dragged down. I would be sad to see Alex leave after everything he has done, but know that it would be in the best for him to pursue his goals.

I have had the good fortune to work with Alex Evans, and benefit from his expertise and advice. As the Coordinator for the EETT Consortium, it is difficult to have stakeholders and parties on board with the implementation of the technology the grant provides, especially when working for another school district. Alex, as a member of that stakeholder team, was often going above and beyond his normal daily responsibilities and working late hours to ensure the success of the project and the grant at Maxwell Elementary School. Laptops, campus wide wireless, and videoconferencing, were all successful because of Alex’s expertise and dedication to the EETT Grant, Maxwell USD, Colusa County, and to the students. As a Grant Coordinator I thank him for all that he has done in this large endeavor called EETT, and as Technology Professional I will continue to look to Alex for his experience and knowledge.
