Reward Analyst/Consultant
-
May 2014 - May 2016
As a consultant I managed organisation-wide job profile and remuneration market benchmarking project (over 1000 positions) – which had been faltering – by engaging/mobilising relevant stakeholders and interest groups, ongoing project monitoring through project review structures that I established, and proactive delegation and follow-up of critical tasks. Provided the momentum for ensuring the bank’s Reward Project activities and outcomes were on track. All objectives and deliverables achieved. As an analyst I was involved in pay-scale models, analysing market compa-ratios, job correlation and internal equity reports. My objectives were to - Identify salary shortfalls and benefits for clients using MS Excel salary models. - Analyse salary cost to move to market points. - Validate and uploading salary data on databases to create new job surveys. - Utilise job evaluation systems to determine the worth and internal equity and job scope (using company defined parameters) to determine outcomes. - Benchmarking market data (including remuneration/rewards and trend analysis).
