  I worked on a contract basis with the LNER Brand Studio, primarily to help bring their transactional emails in-house, as well as updating them to fit with a new Look and Feel that was introduced in 2020. this included working closely with the Studio Team and the other departments, as well as outside agencies which controlled the email sends. I also worked on a number of other projects to update the Look and Fell including social assets, Station and stadium signage, motion graphics and video, and photography. I worked extensively on updating the icon suite used in-house and used in consumer-facing promotional advertising.
